Change/Modify Your Personal Information

If at any time you wish to review, change or update any personal information provided to us, simply select SIGN IN from the top menu bar and follow the instructions to update your profile, or e-mail chryslerbrands@bosspro.com. To protect the security and integrity of your information, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information.

Occasionally the system does not calculate the ship costs, should this error occur, please call our Customer Service number and a representative will be happy to take your order by phone. Or email your order to chryslerbrands@bosspro.com

Please ensure there are no accents in your name or address. Should the error still occur, please call our Customer Service number and a representative will be happy to assist you.

When does the order ship out?

In stock orders typically ship out within 24-48 hours. You will be contacted via email or telephone if the product(s) you have ordered are not in stock.

I saw an item on the US site, but I don't see it on yours?

Unfortunately we are not affiliated with the US site, therefore we do not carry the same merchandise.

I am a Dealer but I would like to ship on my own account.

Not a problem, please call our customer service department and they will assist you in setting this up.

Do you ship to the US or Europe?

At this time, we do not do international shipping.

What if I want custom branded shirts for our dealership?

What if I want to pick up my order and not pay for shipping.

Orders can be picked up at our office, please call a customer service to arrange this before you process your order online via credit card.
